IFT-GK 1093 IFT-GK 1093 is a fast curing adhesive primer for glass, ceramic and glazed tiles; it is used in conjunction with the application of IFT-PUR 1210 or IFT-PUR 1211. The surface must be dry, free of fat, oil and other contaminants. Apply IFT-GK 1093 evenly as a thin coat by using a lint free cloth. After curing for approx. 20 minutes, coat the surface with IFT-PUR 1210 or IFT-PUR 1211. Prior to the application, clean the surface using water or solvents that contain detergents, or hot steam. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation when handling / using this product in confined areas. If there is insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. IFT-PUR 1094 IFT-PUR 1094 is a fast curing reactive primer, and is a universal product for use with the IFT - spray elastomeric systems. Spray / apply IFT-PUR 1094 as a thin coat to achieve a tear resistant connection between the sprinkled primer coat and the spray elastomeric coat. Prior to application the surface must be clean, dry and fully cured. Apply IFT-PUR 1094 by brush, roller or suitable spray equipment. After a duration of approx. 60 - 120 minutes (30°C / 8°C) spray (maximum after 5 / 7 hours) the elastomer coating. When there is a longer duration, the primer must be reapplied. IFT-PUR 1094 has been approved in accordance with ZTV-BEL-B 3/95. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation when handling / using the product in confined areas. If there is insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. IFT-PUR 1095 IFT-PUR 1095 is a fast curing adhesive primer, and is a universal product for use with the IFT - spray elastomeric systems. IFT-PUR 1096 IFT-PUR 1096 is a fast curing, solvented adhesion primer, which is used to form a bond between mastic asphalt and IFT-PUR 1550 or IFT-PUR 1351. Due to the asphalt temperature (230 - 250°C) the primer reacts and forms a high quality connection between the spray elastomeric and the mastic asphalt. The surface of the spray elastomeric must be clean, dry and cured for a minimum period of 5 hours prior to the application. The quality of the mastic asphalt must be in accordance to ZTV-BEL-B 3/95. The sand covered coat of IFT-PUR 1351 must be cured for a minimum period of 16 hours prior to the application. Coat IFT-PUR 1096 evenly as a thin coat using a brush, roller or suitable spray equipment. After a duration of approx. 1 hour (adhesion primer must be dry and tack-free) and maximum 72 hours, you may then apply the mastic asphalt. IFT-PUR 1096 has been approved in acc. to ZTV-BEL-B 3/95. IFT-MP 1099 IFT-MP 1099 is a fast curing reactive primer for metal, it is used to achieve a connection between metal and a coating. Iron / steel, zinc, non-ferrous metal and special steel (test) must be firm, dry, rust free, non-oxidised, free of fat, oil and other contaminants. Apply IFT-MP 1099 as a thin coat by brush, roller or suitable spray equipment. After a duration of approx. 30 - 90 minutes, you may apply the subsequent coating. Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation when handling / using the product in confined areas. If there is insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment.
